Common questions
My exported PNG has a white background instead of a transparent one
Open the mark, scroll to Canvas and check that Transparent background is on. The grey checkerboard in the editor and on the export screen shows which areas will be transparent; it is not part of the file.
The watermark is hard to see on dark photos
Open the mark and set its colour to white, then run the batch again. You can keep two versions of the same mark — one dark, one light — by duplicating it from the projects screen.
A photo was skipped during a batch
The results screen gives the reason for each photo. "Not a readable image" means the file is not an image Android can decode. "Access to this photo expired" means the picker's permission ended — pick the photos again and re-run the batch.
Where are my files?
On Android 10 and newer, exports go to Pictures/Signetry in your Photos library. On
Android 9 and older they go to the folder you chose on the export screen. Watermarked copies are new
files ending in -marked; your originals are never changed.
I deleted a mark by accident
Deleting a single mark shows an Undo action at the bottom of the screen. Once that disappears the mark is gone unless you have a backup, so save a backup from Settings → Backup before clearing anything.
Will my mark look identical on another phone?
The shapes will. Text uses the typefaces installed on the device, so a phone missing one of the listed families falls back to its own default. Export a PNG if you need the exact appearance preserved.
