Signetry for Android · Last updated 5 September 2026
Signetry does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no analytics,
no advertising and no crash reporting. The app is not granted the INTERNET permission,
so it cannot send anything anywhere.
What stays on your device
| Data | Where it lives | Leaves the device? |
|---|---|---|
| Your logo projects (layers, text, colours) | A private database inside the app | No |
| App settings (theme, export size, watermark defaults) | App-private preferences | No |
| Photos you select | Read through the Android photo picker while the app is open | No |
| Exported PNGs and watermarked copies | Your Photos library or the folder you choose | Only where you put them |
| Temporary renders | The app's own cache; cleared on launch | No |
Permissions
Signetry requests no runtime permissions. Photos are chosen through the Android photo picker, which gives the app access to the individual items you pick and nothing else. Files are written through the system media store or a folder you select. The app has no internet, camera, location, contacts or microphone access.
Sharing
When you tap Share, the Android share sheet appears and you choose the destination. Only the single file you selected is passed to the app you choose. Signetry has no other way to transmit anything.
Backups
Automatic cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are switched off, so your marks are not copied to a Google account. You can export a backup file yourself from Settings; that file contains your editable marks only — not your photos and not images you have already exported.
Children
Signetry is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone.
Deleting your data
Delete an individual mark from the projects screen, delete everything from Settings, or uninstall the app, which removes all of its data. Files you exported to your Photos library or to a folder are yours and are left alone; delete them like any other file.
Changes
If a future version collects anything, this page will be updated before that version is published, and the change will be described in the release notes.
